Samosa
Delicious fried or baked pastry (usually) containing a savoury filling.
We would class these beautiful triangles of joy as a real treat. Samosas were usually made in our house on special occasions, for family get togethers and during Ramadan, where we were rationed to only two each but wanting to eat the whole lot. We would sit in hope that there would be left overs after visitors had gone so we could devour them. 
We have our original lamb recipe mastered by our Bibeh (mum), spicy chicken or aloo mutur samosas on offer.
